We charge a flat fee of $50 for all international shipments (ex-Canada, which is $8.99).
Being pioneers in a new field with a new product type means that we're also pioneering technology and process. Even more important, the AO+ Mist is a time and temperature-sensitive product, therefore we need to take special care in shipping. To ensure your Mist is in tip-top shape, we expedite shipping from the US and ship with cold packs.
International shipping is also a new to us, and we're working on streamlining the process: taking advantage of economies of scale and making all of our products more accessible via local distributors.
Occasionally, Customs Agents or DHL may require a brokerage fee and/or additional taxes, and we are sorry that we cannot cover additional import duties associated with receiving our products at this time. We do our best to forestall this prior to shipment in package labeling and declaration.
